My name is Beatrix. I’m a graphic designer, with over a decade of experience working both as a freelancer and within creative agencies. Over the years, my love for textiles has surfaced time and again — guiding me to complete a textile restoration course and spend four years working as a restorer. That chapter of my life taught me to appreciate every fine detail, the patience behind true craftsmanship, and the timeless beauty of well-made things.

I’ve returned to my first love: hand drawing and pattern design. My creative process blends the precision of graphic design with the tactile richness of textiles, resulting in patterns that tell a story — of nature, texture, and quiet beauty. Each design is an invitation to slow down, to notice the small things, and to surround yourself with art that feels both personal and lasting. When I decided to bring my work under one name, I chose Beushka — a playful, affectionate twist on my name. It’s more than just a brand; it’s a reflection of my personal journey, my heritage, and the warmth I hope my work brings into people’s lives.

When I’m not sketching or working on a new collection, you’ll most likely find me outdoors. Nature is where I recharge — whether it’s wandering through a sunlit field, tending to my garden, or breathing in the changing seasons. My family owns a vineyard in a breathtakingly beautiful place, and I often go there to work and to find balance. Among the vines, with the scent of earth and the rhythm of the wind, ideas seem to grow as effortlessly as the grapes. For me, creativity is not just about making something visually pleasing; it’s about weaving together experience, passion, and the quiet moments that give life its texture.
